Abstract: The study of land relations is part of the process of studying the nature and state of economic relations. Using clusters on level of municipality we aim to understand and trace what affects the state of land use in Bulgaria. After the macro social transformation in the agriculture of Bulgaria, certain inequalities among the economic subjects matured and developed dynamically.
